Polypropylen Bandfilter TMP
Entwickelt für Anwendungen mit hochkorrosiven Flüssigkeiten wie Salzwasser und Säuren. Basierend auf dem TM-Design – hergestellt aus Polypropylen.
Der Bandfilter TMP ist auf allen Oberflächen, die mit der Flüssigkeit in Berührung kommen, aus Polypropylen gefertigt und verwendet Filtervlies für eine effiziente Filtration.

MERKMALE
Konstruktion aus Polypropylen
Konzipiert für hochkorrosive Flüssigkeiten und nur wenige Teile wie Getriebemotor, Filtervlieshalter und Schaltschrank sind nicht aus Polypropylen.
Hohe Kapazität
Aufgrund der Tiefbettkonstruktion kann dieser Filter große Flüssigkeitsmengen verarbeiten.
Frequenzgeregelt
Der frequenzgeregelte Getriebemotor sorgt für eine gleichmäßige und langsame Vorbewegung des Filtervlies, wodurch der permanente Aufbau eines Filterkuchens gewährleistet ist.
Analoger Schaltschrank
Der Bandfilter verfügt über einen Schaltschrank inklusive Alarmlampen, welche Informationen über den Status des Filtervlies usw. zeigen.
Füllstandssensor
Der digitale Füllstandsensor sorgt für einen optimalen Verbrauch des Filtervlies. Dies macht den Filter sehr effizient, da der Flüssigkeitsdruck, auf das Filtervlies konstant ist. Dies reduziert die Betriebskosten und führt zu einer besseren Filtration.
Filtervliesüberwachung
Der Bandfilter hat einen eingebauten Vliesmangelschalter für leeres Filtervlies.
Überwachung des Überlaufs
Der Bandfilter hat eine eingebaute Überlauf-Überwachung. Im Falle eines Überlaufs sorgt der Bypasskanal dafür, dass die Flüssigkeit im Filter abgeleitet wird.
CE - Europäische Maschinenrichtlinie
Der Bandfilter wird in Dänemark in Übereinstimmung mit der europäischen Maschinenrichtlinie hergestellt.
